All participants must complete their registration and fee payment to confirm their participation. Multiple payment options are available for a smooth process. At least one author per accepted paper/poster must register for it to be included in the conference proceedings.

Participants can choose to attend physically at the venue or virtually, but virtual participation offers exclusive benefits, including:

Given these additional advantages, the virtual participation fee is higher than the physical fee to reflect the extended access, convenience, and networking opportunities offered in the virtual format.

Registration Fee Details

Go through the following fee details for fees and complete the registration before the deadline

Step 1 - Registration Fee
At least one author per accepted paper/poster must be registered for it to be included in the conference and scheduled for presentation.

Step 2 - Payment Confirmation

After completing the payment, email the bank transfer statement to [email protected] with the subject “Payment Confirmation – [Your Name/Paper ID]”.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission
Submit the final version of your paper as per the provided guidelines before the deadline.

Important Note

• Only registrations completed before the deadline will be accepted.
• Accommodation, airport transfers, and local transportation are NOT included in the registration fees.
• For virtual participants, all necessary access details will be shared before the event.
