Manuscript Submission Guidelines

WRF invites researchers, academicians, and professionals worldwide to submit original research for presentation and publication. Adhering to the following manuscript submission guidelines is essential for a smooth review and publication process.

Manuscript Requirements

  • All manuscripts should be clearly written and focused on original research or innovative applications.
  • The document must not exceed 15 pages, including the abstract, figures, tables, and references.
  • Authors must follow the formatting template provided by WRF, which includes font style, size, spacing, and citation guidelines. Templates can be downloaded from the WRF website
  • Content Quality and Originality

    • Submissions must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
  • Manuscripts should contribute new theories, applications, or insights that are valuable to the academic community.
  • WRF employs a rigorous review process, including evaluation for originality, relevance, and clarity by field experts.
  • Submission Process

    • Authors should submit their work in .doc or .docx format via the WRF Online Portal.
  • Alongside the manuscript, authors should provide personal details, including affiliation, contact information, and co-author details (if applicable).
  • Presentation Preparation Instructions

    WRF strives to provide a seamless and professional environment for presenting authors. Whether presenting in-person or virtually, please follow the guidelines below for a successful presentation.

    Oral Presentations

    • Time Allocation: Each oral presentation is 12 minutes, with 10 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
    • Presenter Eligibility: Only the primary author or co-author listed in the paper is allowed to deliver the presentation.
    • Equipment Requirements: Presenters can use their laptops or the provided conference systems, which are preloaded with software like PowerPoint.
    • Backup Plan: Bring your presentation file on a USB drive and ensure compatibility with the conference system.
    • Specifications: Posters must follow the size requirement of 36 inches x 48 inches. Use clear fonts, high-resolution images, and concise text to effectively communicate your research.
    • Setup and Removal: Posters should be set up before the welcome address and removed after the session.
    • Interaction with Attendees: At least one presenter must be present during the session to engage with attendees and answer questions.
    • Pre-conference Setup: A mandatory technical test will be conducted before the event to verify connectivity, audio, and video quality.
    • Professional Setup: Use a quiet, well-lit space with a neutral background to ensure a professional appearance. Make sure your microphone and webcam are functioning correctly.
    • Platform Guidelines: Presenters will use platforms like Zoom. Ensure you download the latest version of the software before the event.
