An Invitation Letter serves as proof that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the conference committee. The letter will be issued in English and may assist with your visa application process. However, please note that it does not guarantee a visa.

Invitation letters will only be issued after your registration and payment have been completed. The letters will be sent via email.

To Request an Invitation Letter, please email us the following details:

• Completed Registration Form
• Payment Proof
• Passport-size photo
• Passport Scan Copy

For participants requiring a visa, please be aware that the WRF Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, nor the decision made by the visa adjudicator at the embassy or consulate. The conference is not responsible for the issuance of visas. The process length varies by individual, so we strongly advise starting the visa application as early as possible.

Should your visa application be denied, WRF cannot change the decision made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or the Embassy, nor will we engage in discussions or correspondence with the embassy on behalf of the applicant.
