Rules and Regulations
Please read the following terms carefully before registering. By registering for any event with WRF, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
- A1: All submitted papers must be original and not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- A2: Authors and co-authors must inform their respective Department Head, Principal, or Guide about the paper submission to WRF conferences.
- A3: Ensure the correct affiliation is included in the paper.
- A4: Papers submitted after the registration deadline may not be accepted by the organizing committee.
- A5: WRF accepts papers only after they have been reviewed by three qualified reviewers.
- A6: WRF does not publish the email addresses of authors or co-authors online.
- A7: No changes will be made to the list of authors after the paper registration unless explicit consent is obtained from all authors.
- A8: Unregistered papers will not be published by WRF.
- A9: The individual submitting the paper is considered the primary author.
- A10: If any complaint regarding the originality of a paper is found valid, the paper will be suspended immediately.
- A11: WRF will not republish or distribute papers that have been suspended.
- A12: WRF is not responsible for visa-related matters. Obtaining a visa is the responsibility of the participant.
- A13: If a participant’s visa is canceled, the conference registration may be refunded before the registration deadline.
- A14: WRF does not guarantee that a visa will be issued to participants.
- B1: All participants must complete their registration and payment via the official conference website or as confirmed by the Organizing Secretary.
- B2: Participants should regularly check the official conference website for updates and information.
- B3: The organizing committee reserves the right to change the conference venue and date. Registered participants will be notified by email and phone.
- B4: Participants are expected to refrain from any violent behavior inside or outside the venue.
- B5: Participants must bring their original ID to attend the conference.
- B6: If conference kits are unavailable, they will be mailed after the conference.
- B7: Participants who arrive late will not be allowed to present or participate in the conference.
- B8: Activists are not permitted to register or attend the conference.
- B9: WRF reserves the right to publish images from the conference on any platform.
- B10: If the conference is canceled or rescheduled, the registration fee will be refunded, but travel and accommodation expenses will be the participant's responsibility.
- C1: WRF reserves the right to select papers for publication in affiliated international journals.
- C2: If a paper is requested to be published in a non-WRF journal indexed in Scopus or SCI, the author will bear the publication costs.
- C3: Payments made for conference attendance are non-refundable if the paper is not selected for publication or the author decides against publication.
- C4: Papers accepted for publication may require a 20% extension.
- C5: The second review cycle for WRF journals takes 25 to 60 days after the conference.
- C6: All WRF affiliated journals are approved by ISSN.
- C7: Authors must cover the costs of hard copies of journals if requested.
- C8: The editorial board reserves the right to reject papers after the second review. No registration fees will be refunded for rejected papers.
- D1: All submitted papers will undergo plagiarism checks. Papers with significant similarity will be returned for modification.
- D2: If plagiarism is detected before publication, authors will be given an opportunity to resubmit after necessary changes. Severe cases will result in rejection.
- D3: If plagiarism is detected post-publication, the paper will be suspended for verification. Authors may be allowed to revise and resubmit.
- D4: If plagiarism is deemed severe or if a fake identity is detected, the paper will be permanently removed, and the author will be blacklisted from WRF and other conference organizers.
- D5: Self-plagiarism will be treated the same as other forms of plagiarism, and the same procedures will apply.
- E1: WRF is an independent nonprofit body, not affiliated with any university.
- E2: Editorial board members are not employees of WRF.
- E3: WRF reserves the right to cancel registrations or withdraw papers if rules are violated.
- E4: WRF reserves the right to modify, publish, or withdraw papers from the conference proceedings or journals at any time.
- F1: Cancellation Policy: If the organizer cancels the event, you will receive a full credit for the registration fee paid, which can be used for another event within a year.
- F2: Postponement of Event: If the event is postponed, a full credit will be given for future events if you are unable to attend on the new dates.
- F3: Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30-60 days of the conference are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Virtual participation registrations are non-refundable.
- F4: Refund Exceptions: No refund will be provided once the official invitation letter is issued. Non-attendance for personal reasons will not result in a refund, but fees will be credited for participation in future events.
- F5: Travel and Accommodation Responsibilities: Participants are solely responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
- F6: Transfer of Registration: Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another individual from the same organization.
- F7: Visa Information: WRF will not communicate with embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All participants are responsible for managing their own visa and travel arrangements.
- F8: N.B: All cancellations or modifications must be made in writing to info@wrfconference.com.
