Plagiarism

At the World Research Forum (WRF), we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism is a serious offense and goes against the core values of research and scholarship. To ensure a fair and transparent process for all authors and participants, we have established a strict plagiarism policy that applies to all submissions, including conference papers, journal articles, and other academic works.

What is Plagiarism?

Plagiarism is the act of using someone else's work, ideas, or intellectual property without proper acknowledgment or citation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copying text, data, or images without appropriate citation.
  • Paraphrasing or summarizing someone else's ideas or work without giving credit.
  • Submitting a paper or work that has been previously published or submitted elsewhere without disclosure.
  • Using another person’s research or findings without permission or proper acknowledgment.
  • Our Plagiarism Policy

    • Zero Tolerance: WRF has a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. Any submission found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected immediately.
  • Detection Process: All submitted papers, presentations, and research will be subjected to plagiarism detection tools to ensure that all content is original and properly cited.
  • Consequences for Plagiarism: If plagiarism is detected in a submitted work, the author(s) will be notified and the paper will be disqualified from the conference or publication process. Further action may be taken, including blacklisting the author from future submissions or events.
  • Author Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that all content submitted to WRF is original, properly cited, and follows the appropriate academic standards.
  • Self-Plagiarism: Self-plagiarism, or the reuse of one’s own previously published work without proper citation or permission, is also prohibited.
  • How to Avoid Plagiarism

    • Always provide proper citations and references for any work, ideas, or content that is not your own.
  • Ensure that all quotes and paraphrases are accurately attributed to the original source.
  • Use plagiarism detection tools before submitting your work to check for any unintentional plagiarism.
  • When reusing your own previous work, make sure to reference it appropriately.
